I think someone who trust's you is a privlage not a right. I think this because if you tell someone someone else's deep dark secrect than you should not trust that person. Here are some qualities of a trustworthy person: someone who does not spread roomers arround, maybe a close friend, or maybe a family member.
Some of the things that Calvin and Meg have in common are they both have more than two siblings, and they are both really good at one subject and not good at the rest of them. Another thing they have in common is they both like to walk in the forest behind Meg's house. A fourth thing that they have in common is both of them are going with Charles Wallace to save Meg's dad. (is this one better than last week's, ms. Steaphen?) <{^_^}>
I agree with Tommy becouse Meg and Calvin are both good at one thing and not the other like how Meg is a math star but she HAS to have it done her way and not the long way her terchers make her and Calvin is good at doing things with words not nummbers unlike Meg. Then I do not agree with Tommy becouse Meg has three other siblings and so far they have said Calvin only has two siblings. Then the last thing thay have in common are they both like each other depply and they want to make sher that nothing happens to each other. (sorry for spelling!)
Trust is a feeling you have with another person, like love for example. Trust means that you can tell someone something that you know the person won't tell anyone else. Trust is also something that can save your life. If you ask a person you TRUST to stay with you during the night because you are in a bad place and they don’t they will probably lose your trust. For example if you have seen the movie cars remember when the truck Mac tells Lightning McQueen to stay up with him all night? Well that was Mac's trust with Lighting but Lightning probably ruined that because he didn't stay up with him and then Lightning was lost because he forgot to stay up with Mac. That is pretty much Trust!
Trust is when you really believe that you can give someone a feeling or a task, where you they will help you and not let you down. The qualities of a trustworthy person are being friendly, helpful and who you think will not let you down. Calvin and meg have a lot in common like when they saw their parents they both were mad and in school they are both good at one subject and bad at another.
Trust is something that you think of others. A trustworthy person is someone you know wont tell a secret to anyone. Even though I think it is good to be trustworthy I disagree with telling secrets, at all. Calvin and meg for example have some things in common but much of it is not in common. Things in common are that they are both very different from their sibilings and they both like each other alot. (P.S. Tommy, ms. Steaphen is not a name or her name anyways its Ms. Stephen)
Q1. I agree with Chris Dorr about trust. I would only tell people my secrets if I really knew them and they were trustworthy.
Q2. I agree with David. Meg and Calvin both like each other. They also are in common because they both didn't like what they saw in the crystal ball.
I agree with reilly. All his examples of trust are all true. Trust is something you get from saying something and doing it. As reilly said about Lightning Mcqueen staying up with Mac. He said he would stay up with him. If he would've done that then Mac would keep Lightning's trust because he said something and that means he was going to do it. So trust is just basically telling someone you'll do something for them and then doing it. I also have an example of trust. If you've seen the movie RUDY then you probably no about when the old Notre Dame coach told Rudy he could dress for one game. Even though the coach died Rudy's friends knew about the coach saying that. So everytime the new coach kept declining the right for Rudy to dress, Rudy's friends thought it was time for him to play because he worked harder than anyone, so they all put their jerseys on the coaches desk saying they want Rudy to take their spot. All Rudy ever wanted to do was play football at Notre Dame and thanks to his friends he got that opportunity. A trustworthy person is someone you can rely on. Like Tommy said Calvin and Meg both have more than one sibling and they both are good at one subject. PEACE!
I'm impressed! You guys are doing a very nice job answering these questions. It is obvious that you are reading each other's comments and that's great! I agree with what many of you are saying. Trust isn't just about secrets, it's about knowing that someone will come through for you when you need them! Are there other personality traits and characteristics that Calvin and Meg have in common? Can we dig a little deeper into that question?

I'm adding another thought that you may respond to as part of your blog. On page 102, Mrs. Who says, "Only a fool is not afraid." What does she mean? Is she right? Explain why you think so.
I found another interesting quote. Charles Wallace on page 140 says, "On Camazotz we are all happy because we are all alike. Differences create problems." Is he right? Are there times in life when you wish you were the same as everyone else? Would being the same solve the world's problems?
I think trust means if you trust someone you beleive in them you beleive what they say. Also trust is knowing someone won't spread your secret if you tell someone one. Some qualities of a trustworthy person are, people who won't tell a secret that someone has told them or being reasponsible or being able to have people beleive in you that you won't tell something they did nt want you to tell people. I also think your family would be a trustworthy person and you know they won't tell your secret.
( I am responding to Mrs. Who's question! ) What I think Mrs. Who means is you SHOULD be afraid. She means it is impossible not to be afraid at timeslike this. By "this" I mean going over to a dude with freaky red eyes and mind controling powers whho has Meg's dad captive. I do think Mrs. Who is right. I mean, who wouldn't be afraid?

Hi guys, its Izzy!!!!!! “Reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing; confidence” says dictionary.com. Some qualities you could find in a trustworthy person are smarts, always tells the truth and being brave. I would look for these traits in a friend.
What I ment was that they trust each other. I don't know if this is true or not but it seemed like it to me.
I think that trust is when you can be able to know someone and to be able to tell your secret to and having known that person for a serton amount of time to know that they would not tell that secret. I think that the quaalities of a person that you can trust are that they are nice (you would not go arround telling your deepest secret to the school bully) and they have to be willing to be there for you all of the way through, say like if you get into a big fight with that person than that means that they might be so mad at you that they would tell your secret. Some things that Calvin and Meg have in common are that they like Tommy Collins said both have more than two siblings, and that they both are really good at one subject like Calvin is good at basketball while meg is good at math and science. But Calvins mom doesn't seem to care about him, while Megs mom really cares about her and her children, and her dad is on Camozots and I do not know where Calvins dad is or what he does for a living.
I thing trust is if you can be able to tell someone something and not have to worry about it being repeated. I also think trust can be if you can give someone something and tell them to do something with it you can think that your object will be safe. I think Meg and Calvin our very alike. Because they both just want to do the task and nothing else and they are staying true to what they are going to do. They also both are trying really hard and no matter what happen to either of them they are not going to quit this task.
Trust is when you know that you can tell someone something you may not want anyone else to know. Some traits of a trustworthy person is that he will not tell anybody your secret and someone who respects someone elses secrets.

I think trust is something that only happens with true friends and if you don’t have a true friend there is no one to trust. Usually if you find a trustworthy person it is usually someone that is happy with whom he or she are. Not every one is trustworthy and you will never get anywhere trying to be someone your not. If you want to be a trustworthy person it’s all about being yourself and not lying and helping people. If you want to be a trustworthy person you need to bring people up and never bring them down, you need to have good spirit at all times and help when it is needed if you do this You will be a trustworthy person. These are things that you have to do to become trustworthy and there are many more but those are things that only you can change. For example your personality it needs to always look brightly and if you don’t you will never ever be trustworthy.
Things that Calvin and Meg have in common are that they both have become friends and they seem to like each other. They want to help each other through hard times, and comfort them when needed. They basically want to become girl friend and boy friend but neither of them is brave enough to say it.

i think trust is something that your born with. i say this because some people aren't always trust worthty. Like what cdoor said if thier really close to you then i think it would be ok to tell someone your secret.
